I create music, stories, imagery, software, devices, teams, organizations, businesses.

I’ve founded a new company, REDACTED, to develop software and hardware for adventurous musicians. We’re in stealth mode with an ambitious start-up roadmap.

I am driven to bring ideas into living, breathing form. The more unlikely the outcome, the more I love pursuing it. Once the lock is found, the door will be opened. Everything is possible.

Science is my guide, mythopoetic narrative my heart, synchronicity my soul.

As a citizen of this world, I’m well-read, well-traveled and well-versed in history.

I was raised in the crèche of speculative fiction. Culturally, I’m from a parallel future.

A stealth audio venture’s first step: an appropriate development environment. Our orbital lab was a heavy lift, made lighter with prototype space-folding and teleportation tech.

L3 is an incredible location. Sol blocks 99% of Terra’s psionic noise and the view out here is amazing.

Algorithmic oscillations pattern-snapped at micro and macro scale, set free to shake the quantum firmament. An instrument unpredictable yet understandable, like the multiverse we inhabit.

These vibrational patterns open portals to elsewhen – who knows what soundforms may shimmer through?

Prior Projects

Obscura

I was a member of the dystopian anarchist collective Obscura Digital. We created art at massive scale: projection mapped buildings and structures, giant permanent installations, interactive spaces that respond to their occupants, one-of-a-kind musical events, luminescent electric race cars fitted out for rogue environmental maneuvers. Our winter parties were and always will be the stuff of legend.

I wore many hats over time: installation architect, developer, producer, management. A few choice projects: Fiat Lux @ The Vatican, MGM Cotai, Projecting Change @ the Empire State Building, San Francisco City Hall Centennial. I am forever proud of us and everything we created together. It will always feel like home.

Sphere

Obscura was acquired by Madison Square Garden for our expertise with large-scale, immersive environments of the orb-like persuasion. We became the foundation of their vision in Vegas: the Sphere.

I built and led MSG’s software development organization for this immense, US$2.3B, multi-year project. We created a great many things that did not exist before the needs of Sphere: distributed audio and video systems, frameworks for real-time visuals, creative toolsets for artists and musicians, virtual environments for content work and analysis. We compressed a year of advancement into every quarter.

Planetarily iconic: Sphere is so large and so bright it can be seen from space.
